Terms & conditions

Last updated: August 29th, 2026.

Repid is operated by Vreeburg & partners (CommV), Kipdorp 8/131, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium — company no. BE 1003.768.371. We respect your privacy. This page explains what we handle and why. Questions: hello@repid.app.

1. What Repid is

Repid is a workout tracking and coaching app. It helps you log training, follow a plan, see your progress, and, if you coach others, keep each person’s training separate. It is a tool for recording and organising training. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified trainer.

2. Your account

You can use Repid without an account. An account is needed to back up your data and to subscribe. You must be at least 16 years old to create one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@repid.app if you think someone else has access to it.

3. Free and paid plans

The free plan includes core workout logging with some limits. Repid Pro and Repid Coach are paid subscriptions that remove those limits and add features. What each plan includes is shown in the app and may change over time; we will not take away something you paid for during a period you already paid for.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

  • Subscriptions are sold through Apple and billed to your Apple ID. Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm.

  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

  • If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Apple decides whether you are eligible for a trial.

  • You can cancel or change your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.

  • Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. We cannot issue them ourselves.

  • When a subscription ends, you keep your data and drop back to the free plan’s limits.

5. Your data

Your training data is yours. We store it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it and delete it from inside the app. If you coach other people and add their profiles, you are responsible for having their permission and for removing their data when you stop working with them.

6. Smart import

The importer uses an AI model to read pasted text. It can make mistakes. Always review what it produces before saving it; nothing is added to your history until you confirm. We are not responsible for training decisions made from an import you did not check.

7. Training safely

Lifting weights carries risk. Repid suggests weights and progressions based on what you have logged; these are suggestions, not instructions. You are responsible for deciding what is safe for you, for using correct form, and for consulting a professional before starting or changing a training programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury. Repid is not liable for injury resulting from your training.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Repid to break the law, to harm others, to attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, to reverse-engineer or copy the app, or to overload or abuse our services, including the import feature. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Repid running and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and the chance to export your data.

10. Intellectual property

Repid, its design, its exercise library, and its generated plans are ours or our licensors’. You may use them within the app for your own training or coaching. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or your use of Repid is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost data you chose not to back up, or injury as described in section 7. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Repid and delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data, liability, law) do.

13. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protections of the law of the country you live in. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, or, if you are a consumer, the court of your place of residence. You can also use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Repid after that means you accept the new terms.
